All Ready For Bed

I'm ready for bed, and looking back on today I realize how stressed I am. I had to sit down and just breathe multiple times today..

Need to find a way to calm down and still get everything done..any ideas?

Still no great advice on comments, how do you guys reply to comments?

  1. What I do is respond in their comments. I assume that most people have it go to their emails so they know what your response is vs. them having to go back to your blog to read your response know what I mean?

  2. You can do a couple things. See if blogger has a widget to allow people to subscribe to the thread, so they will be notified of a response (I use wordpress and use commentluv).

    The other is to respond to them via email and on the blog - just in case someone else wants to know the answer to that as well.

    It's really a personal choice. I tend to respond on my blog for the most part.

  3. The only way i find that i can actually get things done (especially when i was woring, or better yet in college) and STILL stay calm is to make a list of things to do. And then, still breakdown the list even more. So, my list in the case of work/school would be written in order of importance. The i'd break down into sub categories if the task had more than 1 step. Does that make sense? sometimes, just breaking an item I need to do down into smaller tasks makes it easier to tackle. And if it takes days or weeks to get off my To-Do list then at least I can see the sub-categories getting smaller. THEN when i feel stressed and like I'm accomplishing nothing, i can see my progress or I can go to the bottom of the list and look for something REALLY easy and get it done. If I can get just 1 or 2 easy things off the list when i'm most stressed, I feel better. As a stress relieveer being outside and just breathing always helps. or singing and dancing. :) Good luck!
